We are the only independent processor in the UK with DSI water jet cutting technology, recognised as the most efficient method of cutting meat. This allows faster throughput and precise cutting options around weight, shape or size, ensuring even distribution of poultry in recipe dishes. Other primary equipment includes volumetric and linear slicing and dicing, deboning and X-ray technology throughout the production operations.
